Is bacon allowed on the 4 hour body diet?

Yes.  Organic bacon is best.

Take it easy, I do eat bacon but I’ve found it will slow down your weight loss if you eat it too often.

Is corn allowed on the 4 hour body diet?

No.  Corn is not allowed on the 4 hour body diet.  Corn has too many carbs and will slow down your weight loss.

If there’s just a couple pieces mixed into something else it’s not a big deal, but you don’t want to eat a lot of it.

 

Not allowed:

Corn on the cob

Corn tortilla chips

Corn tortillas

Creamed corn

Frozen corn

The best vegetables are:

- Spinach

- Broccoli

- Cauliflower

- Sauerkraut

- Kimchee

- Asparagus

4 hour diet allowed foods that burn fat fast

These foods are always allowed on the 4 hour body diet / slow carb diet.  You can eat as much as you like of these whenever you’re hungry.

 

According to Tim Ferris, the foods with a ‘*’ below will produce the fastest fat-loss results.

 

Proteins:

*Eggs

*Chicken breast or thigh

*Beef

*Fish

Pork

 

Legumes:

* Lentils (also called “dal” or “daal”)

* Black beans

Pinto beans

Red beans

Soybeans
