is peanut butter allowed? any ideas for when I’m craving something sweet? I’ve put some truvia into some peanut butter.
I was wondering if protein shakes are allowed? I know tha milk is not however, muscle milk makes a low carb/sugar whey protein that can be mixed with water. I want to guess that yes it’s allowed but I want to be super strict and not mess anything up.
