Is cottage cheese allowed on the 4 hour body diet?

As long as you eat it in relatively limited quantities, a little bit of cottage cheese on the 4 hour diet is much better for you than the other cheese alternatives.  However, you wouldn’t want to eat a cup of cottage cheese for breakfast every day of the week though.
